| 1. How will I know my jewelry has been mailed? |
An email will be sent the day your jewelry is mailed.

| 2. How will I get my jewelry? |
Priority and Express Mail are available upon checkout for an extra fee. All pieces are shipped to you through United States Postal Service. The jewelry will be sent out in a white regular envelope. Inside this white envelope you will find a bubble envelope. Please use this bubble envelope to return your piece of jewelry. DO NOT LOSE THIS ENVELOPE. There is a trackable, pre-paid USPS return label provided on the bubble envelope for your convenience. Just drop off in any mailbox. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING EACH PIECE OF JEWELRY IN THE SAME BUBBLE ENVELOPE THAT IT ARRIVED IN. WE HAVE PROVIDED A TRACKABLE, PRE-PAID USPS RETURN LABEL FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. IF YOU LOSE THIS PREPAID BUBBLE ENVELOPE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE PIECE ON YOUR OWN. You will be notified by email when your piece has reached us. Your jewelry will also arrive in a velvett box within a white box. This box has a barcode on it with important information. Please return both boxes with jewelry placed inside so that we may credit your account accordingly

| 3. How long will it take to receive my jewelry? |
All pieces are shipped to you through USPS and will arrive between 3-5 business days (depending on where you live). If you paid extra for Priority Mail it will take 2 days and Express Mail is delivered next day.

| 4. Is there an upgrade in shipping? |
You can upgrade to priority or express mail.

| 5. When does my rental start? |
Your "rental period" will start approx. 3-5 days after your pieces are mailed. When we receive confirmation from the post office that your jewelry was delivered, we will send an email to you stating the date your rental begins and your rental due date. This will ensure that you are given "full rental time" whether it's 14 or 30 days. Keep in mind that if you do not want to be charged an automatic renewal fee, then your jewelry needs to be in the mail and postmarked by the due date!

| 6. How long can I keep the jewelry I leased? |
You can keep the pieces as long as you'd like! You are authorized to have the pieces either 14 or 30 days depending on which package you purchased. If you feel like keeping them longer we will charge an automatic renwal fee.

| 7. What happens if I want to buy one of the pieces I've borrowed? |
If you find you simply can't live without a piece, you do have the option of purchasing that item. Call or email us for the price and we'll take care of the rest!

| 9. How will I know if my jewelry was sent successfully back to you? |
You will receive an email once your jewelry has reached us.

| 10. What do I do if I lost the box it came in? |
For your convenience, we have provided a return label or a pre-paid bubble envelope for you to return your jewelry. Please keep these in a safe place. If you lose either, you will then be responsible for returing the jewelry on your own.

| 11. The jewelry I received wasn't what I was expecting....what can I do? |
No problem! Just send it back and you will be refunded your rental fee. No questions asked!

| 12. When I opened the package, the jewelry was broken. What do I do? |
If you receive your jewelry and it has been damaged in the mail, please contact us within 1 business days.

| 13. Do I get charged a late fee for not returning my jewelry back in time? |
If your jewelry is not in the mail and postmarked by your due date, then you will receive an unavoidable renewal fee. This means you will be charged for another 14 or 30 rental period. But hey...look on the bright side, you get to wear the pieces longer!

| 14. Oopps! When putting my necklace on it broke. What do I do? |
Just return the piece and we will send you another one.

| 15. Do I have to return the velvet box and the white box that my jewelry came in? |
YES! The white box has a barcode on it and it tells us who you are and what jewelry you are returning and the velvet box ensures the jewelry will not be damaged through the mail. If you return jewelry without these boxes, we will not know who sent it back and your account will not updated properly.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely happy with your jewelry, just return and we will refund your money...no questions asked!
